7. Where Your Information Is Stored and Processed
We use trusted technology and communication services to support our operations.
7.1 GoHighLevel and Consultation Booking
Our consultation booking system is provided through GoHighLevel functionality and accessed via link.manageyourbrand.today.
Booking details are stored within our dedicated GoHighLevel client management account.
Authorised service providers responsible for managing our CRM and booking infrastructure may access relevant information where necessary to provide technical and administrative support.
The booking system may use functional cookies and related technologies required for scheduling and appointment administration.
7.2 Everfit Coaching Application
Active coaching clients receive access to the Everfit coaching application, which is used to deliver personalised training programs, coaching resources, progress tracking, check-ins and relevant onboarding forms.
The application may process client information, including training history, progress records, coaching responses and health-related information voluntarily provided during onboarding and throughout the coaching relationship.
Everfit is also used to administer client onboarding questionnaires, including the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).
The website itself does not collect or store these onboarding responses.
7.3 Zapier and Automated Client Onboarding
Following a successful coaching payment, we use Zapier to connect relevant business systems and automate administrative onboarding activities.
These workflows may include sending onboarding emails, arranging client access to Everfit and initiating the onboarding process within the coaching application.
Relevant personal information, such as client contact details, payment confirmation and enrolment information, may be processed through these integrations where necessary to administer the coaching service.
These automations operate as part of our existing client onboarding process.

You may contact us for further information about the safeguards relevant to your personal information.

Our website includes embedded YouTube videos using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode through youtube-nocookie.com.
This mode is designed to reduce certain tracking activities compared with standard YouTube embeds.
However, when you play or interact with an embedded video, YouTube and Google may process device information, viewing activity and other technical information and may use cookies or similar technologies.
