The following tells you that I understand your problems, I wasted time in my life, and I don’t want you to do the same.

I left school with no direction and no work ethic and I managed to fall into an engineering apprenticeship. This gave me an 8-year career working in a private hospital in Glasgow.


While it taught me a lot, it also taught me that I wasn’t happy working for the sake of it. My energy and passion came from looking after and challenging myself. I knew there was something to this. 

I got qualified as a personal trainer and it took a TV experience with golden balls (ask me about it) to turn it all around.

London called my name and without hesitation, sorting out a new career was easy. 2 months later I was working in one of London’s busiest gyms.

Over 7 years I’ve trained hundreds of clients and found out what works best.

It used to be all about me, how I like to train, my way, my nutrition, and nothing else mattered. I quickly realized that most people aren’t bodybuilders and need a lot more than a solid workout, they need lifestyle management.

Over the years I’ve fine-tuned my service to get clients what they want as well as what they need.

I have been working with Fabio for approximately 1 1/2 years. In my training journey, I've gone from 150 Kg, to being now just over 90kg. A good 20kg of that loss, has occurred while working with him.I suffer from chronic depression, making mindset and the mental side, i.e. managing depression my most difficult challenge in training. Movement is my anti-depressant, and Fabio's coaching - taking me through my goals, making me realize that everything is connected to my individual values - has been instrumental in helping me to connect with why I train, and therefore made it easier for me to stay on track.It's also helped me to realize that I have to break my goals down into manageable bites, working one day or one week at a time, rather than looking at too big of a picture.For the 1st time in my journey to health, I feel genuinely confident that I'll reach, attain and then progress through my goals, and I can't recommend his coaching services highly enough.
