Beer bellies aren't good looking
No good story started with a salad, that’s probably what got you into bad shape in the first place.
Obviously, you know the beer belly look isn’t a good look.
Maybe you’re happy with it?
It took a lot of work (and memories) to get you there.
But there’s a bit more going on than just carrying a spare tyre around your waist.
I decided to let you know a few reasons to make a move and get rid of the fluff.
1. Your mornings will be a lot more fun.
Having high body fat has been shown to reduce testosterone and reduce libido, as well as motivation, increasing low feelings. (1)
By reducing your body fat, you are improving your body composition.
What does this mean?
This means better hormones and increased testosterone.
More testosterone floating about your body, more morning wood and more morning bedroom olympics, that’s all most men need to motivate then to get into shape.
2. Success in the boardroom will improve.
You wouldn’t think that having a beer belly would effect your bottom line but hear me out.
Referring to point 1, more body fat, less testosterone and motivation, less confidence in general.
This means that the deal you are chasing isn’t as easy to close as it could be.
More confidence means you’re going to be more outgoing, create better relationships and be more assertive in your presentations.
I can’t speak for your product, if that’s good, then more confidence will help you to get the deal if it’s right for the client.
If you’re a Treky then you know what I’m talking about here.
Increasing your abdominal fat decreases your life expectancy due to the fact your health risks increase. (2)
You will get old, slow down and be less mobile as well as not be able to play with the kids, run for a bus or anything else physically active.
Quality of life is a big part of being healthy.
Having lower body fat allows you to be more physically active allowing you to do all the things you want to do without the fear of any health risks.
4. Put on muscle easier.
The chase for a bigger and leaner physique is the ultimate goal for many men.
When I ask a new client what their main goal is, the answer is usually to lose fat (especially around the love handles) and put on more muscle.
This is the dream.
If a workout and diet plan existed to do this, the person who owns it would be a multi-millionaire.
It's the dream for most men but can't happen as easy as they think.
If it was easy then you wouldn't be reading this email.
By losing your beer belly, you are obviously leaner.
This helps you manage Calories and means you can use more of what you eat to build muscle.
There have been studies showing that having more weight decreases your fitness levels (3), meaning that carrying extra weight will effect how fit you can be.
More of a reason to get rid of the spare tyre.
When you are lighter and fitter, you have a bigger capacity to work harder. If you can do this at a lower body weight (and sort out your diet) then you will see a lot more muscle a lot more quickly.
5. Have more energy
Going on point 4, if you lose the tyre, you are moving less weight, this means you are physically having to move less weight and this will be easier.
Bring on a little more energy.
The food you do eat will be used for repair and building instead of energy to shift unwanted weight.
Just look at someone fit, lean and healthy compared to someone overweight, who looks like they have more energy?
I hope you can see that all these points are good reasons for you to get rid of that spare tyre.

You don't have to change your life
Too many men seem to think that making a change in their health is dramatic.
While massive action creates massive change, you don't have to sacrifice everything to change your health and add years to your life.
Small changes like reduces booze servings, exercising at home or in the gym, adding vegetables and protein to your diet will all help you stay alive a little bit longer.
