Habit stacking is modifying what you do to make it better.


Say you’re brushing your teeth, if you want to make that better, put some floss beside your toothbrush. 


(I hope it’s electric by the way, much better!)

I spoke about making what you do better, instead of changing it completely. 


​​​​​​​You would have a much higher chance of adherence and that’s what is most important actually. 


The perfect plan isn’t perfect if you can’t stick to it.


Read that again…..


I’ll stick to fat loss being the goal, most people are looking to lose fat these days instead of gain weight, right?


If you’re looking to lose fat, being healthy at the same time should also be a goal. 


Not just cutting 50% of your calories and hoping for the best. 


​​​​​​​But having that alone isn’t good enough. 


You have to mange what you do and make it better before massively changing it.


You’ll be amazed at how many calories you can save by changing things up.


Just by swapping what you eat and drink you can save 500+ calories in 1 go.


​​​​​​​Do that throughout the week, with a few dinner substitutions too and you’ll be well on your way to fat loss. 


The example in the above Instagram post here saves you 538 Calories in one visit.


If you do the little things like that, you wont even feel like you’re dieting.
